This mode relieves fatigue, tension, or soreness from everyday activities or workouts.

Starting from the bottom of the leg and moving towards the body, the massager gradually activates more chambers from chamber 1 to chamber 5 in one cycle. The default pressure duration is 3 seconds for this mode.

Training Activation:

It is recommended to warm up and use the Training Activation mode before exercise. This mode is also perfect for relieving fatigue, tension, or soreness from everyday activities or workouts.

This mode is suitable for easing muscle soreness post-workout.
Starting from the bottom of the leg and moving towards the body, the massager gently squeezes each chamber in a cycle. It starts at chamber 1 and then moves up every two chambers.

Muscle Relaxation:

This mode is designed for relieving muscle soreness from standing or walking for extended periods. It goes through five steps in one cycle:

Treatment steps:

Stage 1: Chamber 1 inflates to the rated pressure, deflates, then inflates to rated pressure again and deflates.

Stage 2: Inflates chamber 1 to rated pressure and maintains the pressure. Then, inflates chamber 2 to the rated pressure and deflates both chambers simultaneously. Repeats.

Stage 3: Inflates chambers 1 to 3 to rated pressure, then deflates both chambers simultaneously. Repeats twice.

Stage 4: Inflates chambers 1 to 4 and maintains the pressure. Then deflates all the chambers simultaneously. Repeats.

Stage 5: Inflates following stages 1 to 4 to inflate chamber 5, then deflates all 5 of the chambers simultaneously. Repeats once.

Deep Care:

This mode suits individuals with inactive lifestyles or prolonged periods of sitting.

Starting from the bottom of the leg and moving towards the body, the massager sequentially applies pressure from chamber 1 to chamber 5. Once all chambers have deflated, the massager proceeds to the next cycle.
